Community Access staff position in Lexington, KY seeks a dependable and compassionate team member to provide community-based support to a client.

The role offers 20-25 hours per week with starting pay of $25 per hour, increasing to $30 after completing the required Community Access Training.

This is a contract position; you will help the client engage in meaningful activities, encourage independence, and foster positive community experiences while maintaining reliability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Screening: Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• Credentials: Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance.
• Skills: Excellent communication, a positive attitude, and a heart for service.

Responsibilities
