Job summary

The Bridge Foundation is seeking a Communications Officer to manage social media, WordPress updates, and campaigns from Bristol with flexible home working. The role includes producing reports, improving engagement, and promoting services while maintaining brand consistency.

Part-time permanent position, 21 hours weekly, with a Bristol office; salary ranges from £14,560 to £16,800 (pro rata for PT; £26k–£30k FTE depending on experience).

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and creating engaging content.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage social content, blogs, WordPress updates, search visibility, email campaigns and schools newsletters.
• Produce annual and impact reports, analyse engagement, maintain brand consistency and support service promotion.
