Job summary

CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is seeking part-time professional cleaners for a large Del Webb community in Wilmington, NC 28412. You will clean amenity center areas and report on-site to the Facility Manager.

Shifts: Thu–Sat 4pm–10pm (18 hours/wk) or Sun–Wed 5am–10am (20 hours/wk). Pay is $18 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift heavy equipment, follow safety protocols, and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Teamwork and ability to follow schedules in a multi-area environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of fitness rooms, locker areas, showers, and restrooms, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors; clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, equipment, mats).
• Maintain cleanliness of shared equipment and storage areas.
• Manage waste disposal in compliance with facility protocols.
• Replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, cleaning chemicals) as needed.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting cleaning schedules and quality standards.
• Assist with room setup and takedown for scheduled uses as needed
• Support events and activities as requested
• Serve as a backup when the Facilities Manager is off
• Other duties to support the community as assigned by the Facilities Manager

CAMS is on the search for part-time professional cleaners to work either shift listed below at a large-scale Del Webb community located in Wilmington, NC 28412. The cleaners will primarily be responsible for cleanliness of the amenity center areas of the community and will report to the Facility Manager on-site.

Shifts Available:

• Thursday - Saturday 4pm-10pm Total 18 hours per week
• Sunday - Wednesday 5am-10am Total 20 hours per week

Pay Rate:

18.00 hourly, firm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of fitness rooms, locker areas, showers, and restrooms, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors; clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, equipment, mats).
• Maintain cleanliness of shared equipment and storage areas.

• Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing batteries, replacing light bulbs).

• Assist with room setup and takedown for scheduled uses as needed
• Support events and activities as requested
