Elite Building Services in Wilmington, DE is seeking a part-time Cleaner to maintain a clean and safe corporate facility. You will perform daily janitorial tasks, assist with restocking supplies, and ensure high standards of cleanliness after business hours.

Responsibilities include floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), dusting, glass cleaning, trash removal, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas. No weekend shifts; evenings Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

About the Role:

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

Location(s) & Compensation:

• 5654 - Capano Mangt. -Wilmington, DE.: Pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Site is cleaned Mondays thru Fridays form 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. ( No Saturday or Sunday work permitted).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable Transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.
