CBRE is seeking a part-time Commercial Cleaner to support daily cleaning of high-traffic areas. Responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, and stocking restrooms to ensure a clean and safe environment.

The role emphasizes following standard procedures and maintaining cleanliness as directed by the supervisor. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience.

Qualificações

• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks including stooping, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Good organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas as assigned by supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage areas, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment and rearrange furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
