Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to perform basic cleaning tasks and ensure the cleanliness of assigned areas. The role follows a Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm shift, and requires physical stamina to handle lifting up to 50 lbs and moving furniture as needed.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience. The position offers standard cleaning responsibilities and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; move/rearrange furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with cleaners and squeegees.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Attend staff meetings and required training sessions.
