Job summary

CBRE is seeking a part-time cleaner to perform basic cleaning duties in our facilities in Springdale, AR. You will mop, sweep, trash disposal and maintain high-traffic areas.

Schedule: Thursday/Friday 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Saturday/Sunday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of custodial experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or with a team. Competitive benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of job-related cleaning experience.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning for high-traffic areas.
• Stock bathrooms with supplies (toilet paper, towels, soap).
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust surfaces.
• Clean windows, glass and mirrors.
• Follow chemical safety and power equipment procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
