Office Pride, Inc. is hiring part-time cleaning team members for Northwest Arkansas. We value detail, dependability, and a positive attitude, offering a flexible evening schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Pay starts at $15.00 per hour with paid training, flexible part-time shifts Mon-Sat from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm, plus bonuses and holiday pay. Career growth to full-time or managerial roles is available based on performance.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and ability to notice small details in cleaning tasks.
• Organization Skills: Keep cleaning supplies and equipment in order.
• Time Management: Efficiently managing time to complete tasks promptly.
• Exactness: Following checklists, instructions, and details.
• Systematic Cleaning: Including but not limited to restrooms, vacuuming, kitchen area and appliances, dusting, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Meticulous Care: Ensuring all cleaning tasks and restocking needs are handled with care.
• Clear Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members when necessary.
