Job summary

Summit Building Services is hiring for a commercial cleaning role in Warren, OH. This position is part-time (2nd shift, weekends) with shifts from 5-10pm on Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat, totaling about 20 hours weekly.

The role focuses on maintaining offices, conference rooms, kitchens, and shop areas in a traditional building environment. Applicants should have reliable transportation, be able to pass a drug test and background check, and preferably have prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Able to pass drug test and background check.
• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas, disinfect surfaces, dust, vacuum, mop.
• Maintain floors, restrooms, windows, and general spaces.
• Restock supplies and manage janitor's closet.
• Follow health and safety regulations and report issues to Area Manager.
• Communicate timekeeping, supplies, and client requests as needed.
