Job summary

Summit Building Services is seeking a part-time commercial cleaning crew member in Cleveland. The role covers daily care for floors, restrooms, consumables, and disinfection at a public building. Shifts run Monday–Friday, 10am–2pm, totaling 20 hours per week, with pay at $15.00 per hour.

Qualified applicants will have reliable transportation, and must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Prior experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or janitorial fields is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas: disinfect desks, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop.
• Clean floors and restrooms: dust mop, damp mop, sanitize fixtures, restock dispensers.
• Maintain supplies and equipment: order consumables, keep equipment clean.
• Maintain organization of assigned areas: separate clean/dirty laundry, keep closet tidy.
• Use communication book to request consumables and share facility information.
• Follow health and safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned.
