Study Smart Tutors seeks enthusiastic instructors, tutors, family facilitators, and educational consultants in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves delivering college workshop sessions, facilitating groups, and collaborating with our Education team to support first-gen students, families, and educators.

We offer an excellent pay rate of $45 per hour, along with 401(k) options and employee perks. In-person availability is required, with flexible hours Monday through Friday, after-school

Qualifications

• Must hold a completed 4-year degree.
• Teaching or tutoring experience required.
• In-person availability required.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday during/after school hours.
• Background check, potentially fingerprinting, depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Subjects to be taught: College Worskshop
• Provide facilitation support to large groups of students within a classroom setting
• Facilitators will have access to information about class assignments
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff
• Partner with Study Smart Tutors Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students

• Scheduled hours: Seeking flexible availability Mondays through Fridays, during/after school hours
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
