• Master’s degree in area of assignment or equivalent.
• Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in concentration.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience for career/technical areas.
• Commitment to teaching excellence and student learning.

• Provide course instruction aligned with learning outcomes.
• Advance student learning through exemplary instruction.
• Model effective oral and written communication to engage students.
• Facilitate course activities in an organized and comprehensible manner.
• Establish clear expectations for course activities and respond to questions.
• Encourage critical thinking and analysis throughout course activities.
• Ensure content aligns with student learning objectives and assess accordingly.
• Maintain student records as required by the college.
• Stay current with subject matter and teaching strategies.
