Job summary

Emory University’s Oxford College is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Assistant College Coach for Men’s and Women’s Golf. You will support the head coach in fostering a competitive, healthy environment while ensuring athlete safety and development.

Responsibilities include recruiting, practice and competition coaching, and mentoring student-athletes within NJCAA Division III and GCAA member programs. In-person commitment is required, with flexible scheduling and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in playing or coaching golf.
• Ability to pass a driving and criminal background check.
• Availability during scattered afternoons and weekends with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support head coach in running a NJCAA Division III program.
• Recruit student-athletes and assist with practice planning and competition coaching.
• Design and implement competitive strategies and mentor student-athletes.
