Job summary

Grinnell College is seeking a Part-Time Food Service Worker to support fast-paced customer service at campus dining venues. Responsibilities include replenishing, maintaining, and cleaning food venues; at times will prepare student orders under the direction of culinary staff.

This position interacts with Grinnell College's diverse student population. It is part-time and not eligible for benefits, with a pay range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 4 years of experience is required.
• Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Replenish, maintain and clean food venues.
• Prepare student orders at Marketplace venue under supervision.
• Refill beverage dispensers and ice cream machine.
• Assist dish room during busy times.
