Savannah State University is seeking part-time faculty for the academic year 2026-2027 to teach various courses in the Hyundai College of Education. Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field, teaching certification, and post-secondary teaching experience. Qualificações

• Master's degree in a related field with 18 credit hours in one of the aforementioned content areas.
• Teaching certification/teaching endorsement in content area.
• Post secondary teaching experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and communicate instruction in ways that encourage and stimulate student learning.
• Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies that facilitate and promote student success.
• Prepare, distribute and submit syllabi for all assigned sections in accordance with college and university policies.
• Evaluate and return student work in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
• Submit immediate alerts in EAB when students are at risk.
• Submit mid-term and final grade reports by the set University deadlines as well as completed course assessment forms at the end of each semester.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in regard to student interaction and information.
• Comply with all university academic policies.
