Job summary

North Central Texas College is seeking a part-time Work Study to support Red River Promise outreach and enrollment assistance for local high school students. You will help with admissions, FAFSA, scholarships, and document submission.

This role involves on-site visits to Gainesville area high schools, scheduling events, maintaining records, and coordinating with school partners. Work is limited to 19 hours per week with some evening events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students or in outreach is a plus.
• Familiarity with admissions, FAFSA, and scholarships is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with admissions, FAFSA, scholarships, and enrollment.
• Conduct outreach visits at local high schools and maintain communication with students and partners.
• Provide administrative and event support for Red River Promise programs.
• Assist with planning and setup of outreach events and materials.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records while representing NCTC.
