Job summary

Abode Care Partners, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Collaborative MD - Primary Care Physician in TN for a part-time role. You will provide day-to-day clinical care to residents in facilities and homebound patients under the supervision of the CMO, ensuring ethical, evidence-based decision-making across settings.

Qualifications

• MD with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative leadership in healthcare.
• 7+ years of clinical medical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality complex and geriatric care to residents and patients across settings.
• Keeps high engagement with facility leadership teams, nurses and families.
• Collaborating duties for 5–15 NPs/PAs depending on state rules.
• Audits up to 10% of orders/documentation monthly as needed.
• May assume medical directorships for facilities.
• Identifies growth opportunities with facilities in the market.
• Participates in frontline/backup call processes for timely acute changes.
• Focus on quality outcomes: care path compliance, polypharmacy, costs.
• Attends trainings/meetings to ensure best care delivery.
