Base pay range

$5.00/hr - $10.00/hr

Location: USA-Based (Remote, EST hours)

Compensation: $5–$10/hour

Schedule: Part-Time (15 hours/week; potential to convert to Full-Time based on performance and trust)

NextGen Coding Company is seeking a motivated and reliable Cold Caller / Sales Dialer to support our outbound sales efforts and client engagement strategy. This is an entry-level, part-time role designed for U.S.-based candidates who are available during Eastern Time Zone business hours. The ideal applicant is confident on the phone, professional, and eager to grow into a long-term sales opportunity within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce NextGen’s software and web development services.
  • Follow provided scripts and guidelines while adapting conversations based on client responses.
  • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or demos with the internal sales team.
  • Log call outcomes, update CRM records, and report on activity consistently.
  • Build initial relationships with companies in industries aligned with full-stack web development, APIs, data engineering, cloud platforms, blockchain, AI/ML, and more.
  • Represent the company professionally and communicate value clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn about software development, tech services, and emerging technologies.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
  • U.S.-based and available during Eastern Time Zone hours.
