A local kids coding franchise in Scottsdale is seeking a dynamic Coding Instructor to oversee student engagement and provide a fun, safe learning environment for children. Responsibilities include training on curriculum, customizing tutoring paths, and maintaining cleanliness of the center. Ideal candidates are outgoing and have experience working with children. This part-time position offers 5-15 hours per week and a compensation range of $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring, coaching, or tutoring children ages 7 and up.
• Experience interacting with the general public.
• Quick learner of basic concepts.

Responsibilities

• Train and master the curriculum.
• Create a positive, safe environment for student growth.
• Work with multiple children simultaneously on diverse curriculum paths.
• Provide feedback to parents after sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the center throughout the day.
• Report daily and weekly to the Center Director.
