Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Cocktail Server to deliver exceptional guest service at our dining locations. You will demonstrate thorough beverage knowledge and golf group-specific service standards while engaging with guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining POS accuracy, handling payments, and keeping the bar organized. The role requires high school diploma and 1 year serving/bartending experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of serving or bartending experience required.
• 1 year of advanced beverage knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and serve beverages in accordance with standards.
• Describe menu items and provide knowledge of bar offerings to guests.
• Manage payments and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Keep bar area clean, stocked and compliant with safety regulations.
• Open/close bar procedures and communicate guest feedback to management.
• Adapt to changes in customer flow and assist other departments as needed.
