Qualifications

• Degree in Biblical/Pastoral studies from an accredited Bible College or University.
• Meets all scriptural requirements of an elder as identified in 1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, and 1 Peter 5.
• Agrees with and adheres to the HFC Statement of Beliefs and NAB Pastoral Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual oversight and discipleship while supporting church ministries.
• Teach and preach the Holy Bible, preparing and delivering sermons.
• Provide pastoral care, shepherding, and counsels congregation.
