Job summary

Gurwin Healthcare System in Commack, NY is seeking part-time CNAs to join our dedicated team. Positions require weekend work (Saturday and Sunday) and shifts from 7:00am-3:15pm, 3:00pm-11:15pm, and 11:00pm-7:15am. A $1,250 sign-on bonus is offered for part-time CNAs hired.

Qualifications

Current NYS Nurse Aide Registry certification.
One year long-term care experience preferred.
CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care and Activities of Daily Living under supervision of a licensed nurse.
Assist with bathing, hygiene, toileting, meals, and meal transport.
Maintain clean, orderly resident areas and assist with admissions and discharges.
Observe and report changes in patients' condition to nursing staff.
