Job summary

Vi at Grayhawk is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support licensed care staff in delivering compassionate resident care. Shifts are 1:45p-10:15p, two days a week, and you will assist with activities of daily living, dining services, and mobility.

You will also perform vital signs, light housekeeping, and participate in quality improvement activities. Required CNA state certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid, with GED or high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state CNA certification and have experience.
• Experience with geriatric care preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/AED certifications required.
• First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Food handlers certification and CMT/CMA certification where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed staff with activities of daily living and care tasks.
• Help with light housekeeping and dining/tray services.
• Provide escort services and support resident mobility.
• Record vital signs and weights, report changes.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
