Purposelink Recruitment seeks a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on patient care in home health and hospice settings across the Camp Hill area. You will travel within a defined territory and work with a dedicated education team and leadership focused on your growth.

Formación

• 1+ year of healthcare experience required.
• Valid PA CNA license required.
• Valid PA Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in home health and hospice settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to support safety and independence.
• Reinforce care plans and promote healthy routines through patient and caregiver education.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.

Conocimientos

1+ year healthcare experience

Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License

Educación

High School Diploma or GED
