Job summary

Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for home health and hospice work. CNAs will operate independently in patient homes with support from an education team and leadership focused on professional growth. Travel is required within a defined territory.

The position offers 2-3 days per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay variability and potential bonuses. Benefits include health insurance and access to educational support and loan repayment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in Healthcare.
• Active CNA license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License (DL).
• Comfortable with required travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in hospice and home health settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe, document, and report changes in patient condition to support safety and independence.
• Reinforce care plans and promote healthy routines through patient and caregiver education.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Work independently while receiving ongoing support from clinical leadership.
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.

This role may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives depending on business needs.
