Job summary

Desert Springs Post Acute, soon to be Willow Springs Healthcare Center, in Riverside County, CA, is seeking compassionate CNAs for a part-time role. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor condition, and document vitals as part of a collaborative care team.

The CNA must hold California certification; BLS/CPR certification is preferred. Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience is valued, and the position offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA Certification required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide resident support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Measure and document vital signs, intake/output, and other observations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Promote dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
