Job summary

Eventide Lincoln Care Center - Hospice in Maine is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 6a-6p day shift. The role involves direct care duties to meet residents' physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs, with every third weekend and holiday rotation.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and a CNA license in NE. Prior caregiving experience and strong privacy practices are preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred.
• Active CNA license in the state of NE required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring and ambulation.
• Support senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees.
• Follow department protocol for documentation and ensure PHI privacy per HIPAA.
• Prioritize and adjust tasks across shift to meet changing needs and call light requests.
• Implement care plans and document care provided under supervision.
