This position offers a $20.00-$25.00 per hour pay range with benefits such as life insurance, meal periods, sick time, EAP, and uniform allowance. Evening and weekend shifts include differential pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Compassionate, resident-centered attitude and strong communication.
• Physical stamina for lifting and mobility assistance.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with mobility and transfers and use of mobility aids.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor changes in condition.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding; record intake/output.
• Provide basic room care and maintain clean, safe rooms.
• Observe and support residents' emotional well-being and dignity.
• Communicate needs and changes to the care team; follow policies.
