Nye Health Services is seeking a part-time Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents in our Fremont, NE facility. You will support daily living activities, assist with transfers, monitor health changes, and document care while fostering a respectful, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide safe transfers and repositioning using proper techniques.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
