Job summary

Camellia Health & Rehab in Claxton, GA is seeking a part-time CNA for day shifts to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and assist residents with daily living activities. You will join a supportive team dedicated to dignity and respect in every interaction.

Starting pay ranges from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with evenings, nights, and weekend differentials, weekly pay, and benefits such as PTO, holidays, vision, 401(k) with match, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in GA or eligible.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
A heart for service and caring for others.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care
Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
