Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and deliver resident care in a warm, home-like setting. You will support daily living activities and report health or behavioral changes to staff.

• Experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).

• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
• Handle other duties as needed.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
