Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our private duty care team in Sarasota, FL. You will work with one patient per shift, providing daily living assistance, monitoring health, and supporting overall well-being.

The role includes light housekeeping, record-keeping, and building meaningful relationships to improve quality of life. Requires FL CNA or HHA cert, CPR, and reliable driver's license.

Qualifications

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step or QuantiFERON within specified window).

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhance quality of life and build relationships with patients through conversation and activities.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.
