Job summary

The Loft at Linn Memory Care Assisted Living, operated by Aldersbridge Communities, in East Providence, RI, seeks a part-time Certified Med Tech (CMT) to support memory care residents from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, three shifts weekly, with every other weekend. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and medication administration under supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, administering medications, and collaborating with the care team to implement individualized

Qualifications

• Must hold active CNA license and Certified Med Tech (CMT) license.
• Active BLS card.
• Experience in long-term care or dementia care preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rights and person-centered care practices.
• Ability to lift and move residents.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior.
• Ensure residents’ rights are respected at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
