Job summary

CornerStone Staffing is hiring a part-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/CCMA/RMA/NCMA) to teach a full-year Healthcare Sciences program at a charter school in Northwest FW, TX. The role is a 1099 independent contractor with a focus on mentoring students using real-world healthcare experience.

No teaching certification is required; a comprehensive curriculum and resources are provided to support engaging instruction and student success through May 2027.

Qualifications

• Active CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, or equivalent nationally recognized certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent Medical Assistant experience OR at least 1 year of Medical Assistant instructional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete FBI fingerprinting/background screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction.
