Job summary

You'll deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction, prepare students for industry-recognized certifications, and mentor learners using a provided curriculum. No teaching certification required; you bring real-world healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Medical Assistant experience OR at least 1 year of Medical Assistant instructional experience.
• Active CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, or equivalent nationally recognized certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teaching, mentoring, coaching, precepting, or training experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to successfully complete FBI fingerprinting/background screening.

Responsibilities
