Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots and pans, utensils and food preparation machines.
• Maintain kitchen and back area in a clean, inspection-ready condition.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines and safety standards.
• Check chemical levels and inventory.
• Wash, wipe, sort and load/unload dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize workstations.
• Report maintenance or hazard issues.
• Assist in light food preparation as directed.
