Job Description:

Removes groceries from carts, conveyor belts, scans for prices or places items on scales to weigh, bags orders, accepts payment, and makes change. Occasionally assists customers to vehicle with groceries and loads groceries into vehicles. Also faces shelves, sweeps floors, or cleans around the checkstand area.

Essential Functions:

• Use fingers, hands, arms, and legs.
• Operate a 10-key and perform basic math.
• Stand continuously in one area.
• Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Use of intercom or telephone.
• Pushing and pulling grocery carts.
• Stock shelves.
