Job summary

One Community Health is seeking clinicians to provide float coverage across our campuses, stepping in where needed. You will not carry your own patient panels but will deliver essential care across Walk-in, Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, and other departments.

We value adaptability, teamwork, and strict adherence to care standards. Board certification/eligibility, California license, and DEA with BLS are required to support our patient-first mission.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed to practice in California.
• Board certified or board eligible for the discipline.
• DEA certificate required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical coverage across multiple departments including Walk-in Clinic, Adult Medicine, and Pediatrics.
• Document patient care accurately and timely for billing and quality assurance.
• Ensure high-quality medical care and compliance with standards of care and clinic policies.
• Support medical leadership with quality improvement indicators and scheduling processes.
