Qualifications

• Licensed as NP, PA, MD or DO in the work state.
• Complete sponsor/CRO required trainings and certifications on time.
• HIPAA-compliant handling of patient data.
• Strong teamwork, self-control, and flexibility.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Up to 10% travel for meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a study team to execute clinical trials.
• Train staff in protocol requirements and trial management.
• Develop training strategies and mitigation plans.
• Conduct trials per protocol, GCP/ICH, and SOPs.
• Coordinate regulatory documents and subject recruitment.
