Job summary

Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches, part of Banyan Treatment Centers, is seeking a per-diem Clinical Support staff in Lake Worth, FL. The role involves conducting groups, supporting Therapists, and handling patient caseloads under Clinical Director supervision.

Requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field; Florida licensure is preferred. Per-diem with a part-time schedule and comprehensive benefits available for full-time staff, with many opportunities to grow within the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field is required.
• Active Florida LAMFT/LASW or ACSW is preferred.
• Experience in behavioral/mental health treatment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews with adequate preparation and understanding of patient issues.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments (biopsychosocial).
• Conduct groups as part of treatment.
• Assist Therapist and Case Manager as needed.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and record-keeping.
