Achievement Centers for Children in Northeast Ohio seeks a compassionate Part Time - Clinical Social Worker I to support children and families through Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) and Behavioral Health services.

You will provide direct clinical support through assessments, counseling, service coordination, advocacy, and community-based interventions designed to strengthen family systems and improve long-term outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work is required.
• Active license for Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW) is required.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience or relevant internship.
• Knowledge of child development and family systems.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered clinical social work services for children and families.
• Conduct mental health assessments, screenings, and intake evaluations.
• Deliver counseling and therapeutic interventions based on service plans.
• Support families by connecting them to community resources and reducing barriers.

We are seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Part Time - Clinical Social Worker I to join our Family Support Services team, supporting children and families through Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) and Behavioral Health services.

This role provides direct clinical support to children and families through assessments, counseling, service coordination, advocacy, and community-based interventions designed to strengthen family systems and improve long-term outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide family-centered clinical social work services for children and families
• Conduct mental health assessments, screenings, and intake evaluations
• Deliver counseling and therapeutic interventions based on individualized service plans
• Support families by connecting them to community resources and reducing barriers to care
• Collaborate with internal interdisciplinary teams and external providers
• Advocate for clients and families to ensure access to appropriate services
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance with clinical standards
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work
• Active license for an Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
