Job summary

MRG Exams is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA benefits process. The role is in‑person, with a weekly schedule of one day (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and an average four‑veteran caseload.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA‑accredited program, hold an active psychology license, and be proficient with electronic records and documentation. This position does not involve treatment or prescribing medications.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA-accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted Psychology license.
• Comfortable using technology to review records and complete documentation.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
• Review and analyze electronic medical records via secure portal.
• Accurately document exam findings and complete VA forms.
• Note: role does not involve treatment or prescribing medications.
• Disability determinations are made by the VA, not the provider.
