Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Unencumbered Hawaii RN license.
• Illinois RN license required to teach courses.
• Active BLS certification.
• At least two years of RN teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students.
• Implements the College's philosophy, curriculum, and course objectives through clinical teaching.
• May teach didactic course content under supervision of course coordinator.
• Maintains liaison with clinical sites and hospital staff to improve student learning and satisfaction.
