Job summary

Chamberlain College of Nursing seeks a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty member to teach in our BSN program across Hawaii, including Maui, Honolulu, Oahu, Lanai and Kauai. You will mentor students in inpatient clinical settings, bridging classroom learning with real-world patient care.

No teaching experience is required, but MSN or higher is encouraged, and applicants with solid clinical experience are welcome to apply. Flexible assignments support campus needs.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Active Hawaii RN license is required.
• Illinois RN license will be required to teach all courses (course assignments prioritized to professors licensed in Illinois).
• Active BLS certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network).
• At least two years of professional instructional experience as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Implements the College's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through clinical teaching and service.
• Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students.
