We’re seeking a licensed and experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide high-quality supervision and support to our growing team of mental health clinicians. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of assigned supervisees (minimum of 5 supervisees)
  • Providing administrative and clinical supervision weekly to supervisees (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC) regarding service delivery, documentation, etc.
  • Maintaining documentation of supervision sessions
  • Conducting administrative auditing of client charts for compliance with regulations, policies, and standards
  • Performing annual performance evaluations and related activities
  • Conducting quality note reviews monthly
  • Completing administrative clinic discharges for supervisees
  • Overseeing intake meetings, client assignments, and clinical case meetings
  • Maintaining knowledge of mental health treatment models and DSM-5 criteria
  • Working independently and collaboratively within HTS Services, LLC
  • Conducting monthly group supervision
  • Reconciling clinician activity reports
  • Handling case reassignments and chart audits for terminated/resigned supervisees
  • Leading the interview and hiring process, including onboarding
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Active, unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW-C, LCPC) and approved supervisor in Maryland
  • At least 2 years of senior management experience in mental health
  • Minimum 2 years in supervisory or leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of mental health treatment modalities, ethical standards, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Maintain 25 weekly billables per direct report
  • Complete documentation within 24 hours of sessions
  • Positive client feedback and progress toward treatment goals
  • Active participation in team meetings and professional development

Physical and Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office and attend meetings in-person or virtually
  • Ability to sit for extended periods in various settings
