• Planning learning opportunities.
• Conducting weekly clinical supervision and group discussions.
• Communicating with students, faculty, and site staff.
• Supervision & mentoring of students overseeing patient care.
• Teaching practical skills in evidence-based treatments and data-driven planning.
• Evaluating student performance and providing feedback.
• Creating a supportive, safe learning environment.
• Ensuring compliance with APA standards and Hawai'i licensing boards.
• Background checks and other duties as assigned.
