Job summary

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport clients to and from appointments. This part-time, as-needed role reports to the Front Office Supervisor and requires self-motivation, good navigation skills, and clear communication.

The position operates in a company vehicle during clinic hours, with pay at $15.15 per hour. Must be at least 22, hold a valid Arizona driver's license, and pass a 39-month motor vehicle record review.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• Must possess a current, valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Must pass a 39 months Motor Vehicle Report.
• High School Diploma or GED obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation and maintain staff/client communications and relationships.
• Assists consumers getting to and from the vehicle.
• Reports client behavioral concerns to appropriate staff.
• Maintain transportation log, complete daily computer documentation and billings.
• Obeys all traffic laws.
• Adhere to agency policies and procedures including vehicle operations and driver procedures.
• Monitor and document safety/mechanical concerns daily and report concerns to supervisor.
• Additional duties may be required to meet program/department needs.
