Flint Hills Group, an independent financial services practice of Thrivent Financial, is seeking a Client Service Administrator to support daily operations by handling client service requests, preparing documents, and coordinating projects. This 1099 role offers in-office work in Manhattan, KS, or residence in the Central time zone.

The position provides an immediate growth track toward KS Life & Health insurance licensing and FINRA exams, with compensation at $18–$20 per hour for 25–30 hours

Qualifications

• Previous financial services experience preferred.
• Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions.
• Basic understanding of Flint Hills Group, our products and services, and Thrivent Financial.

Responsabilités

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and coordinate special projects.
• Oversee projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions as needed.
• Drive client facing activity in the practice by scheduling meetings with clients.
• Update Salesforce with client contact and preference information.
• Assist Lead Advisors with preparation and follow up for client meetings.
• Attend client meetings and take notes to ensure all follow-up tasks are documented and actioned.
