Flint Hills Group in Manhattan, KS is seeking a 1099 Practice Support Associate to assist Financial Advisors and clients. The role handles inquiries, documentation, and routine communications, supporting securities and insurance tasks and daily operations.

The position offers 25–30 hours per week with compensation of $24–$28 per hour, depending on licensure and experience. In-office or Central Time zone residence options are available.

Formación

• Previous administrative/secretarial experience preferred.
• Must be securities registered (series 7/66, 7/63/65, or 6/63/65).
• Must be insurance licensed/appointed.
• Must be securities registered and insurance licensed/appointed in all states where activities require licensing.
• Willingness to complete Long-Term Care training in relevant states.
• Licensed for variable products if handling var insurance/annuities.

Responsabilidades

• Researches inquiries regarding client accounts and tracking pending business.
• Manage and processing of death claims.
• Provides fund values and answers other securities and investment product questions.
• Prepares or coordinates routine correspondence, reports, and projects.
• Updates the contact management system with client/member information.
• Assists Financial Advisors in client/member meetings preparation and follow up.
• Collaborates with financial associates to assist client with product changes.
• Verbal or written communications with customers regarding financial matters.
• Enter securities trade orders from customers, including unsolicited orders.
• Support questions and transactions with variable insurance and annuities products.
