Job summary

Texas First Bank is seeking a Part-Time Client Services Professional (CSP) to support teller operations and deliver excellent customer service at the teller line. You will help deepen client relationships and assist sales initiatives.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 6 months cash-handling or customer service experience, and strong math and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in typing and using a ten-key calculator.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays.
• Ability to lift heavy coin and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of the cash drawer while processing client transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Promote and sell additional banking products to existing clients and prospects.
• Support the bank's sales initiatives by soliciting new relationships, developing prospect lists, and completing assigned sales activities.
• Follow all compliance, security, and confidentiality guidelines to protect client information and maintain trust.
• Assist with cross-selling and referrals to other departments within the bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
